DLC Week 5 called for coming up with a workout for your buddy. My buddy (with the help of her high school students) gave me the “Barry Sanders” squats/lunges workout. Friday is normally my rest day, but I missed my Thursday night run due to snow and losing my key card for the fitness center, so I went ahead and did this workout. After finishing my Saturday long run this morning, I now regret that decision a bit.
The whole thing was about 25 minutes long, but YouTube has a cap of 10 minutes, so I sped up some parts. I just wanted to video the whole thing for the sake of accountability so it’s obvious I really did all 10 sets.
I’m really getting the hang of this lack-of-dignnity embarrassment. ;)
