The best part was the pre-run thought process:It’s too cold. I’m too tired. GID might hit. My right hamstring has been hurting lately. I might be late for work. I’m not recovered enough from Saturday’s long run.
………What’s that? All out of excuses? Ok, let’s go for a run. Hee hee….
