Week 1, Run 3 - 3.0 miles @ 40:01
Did some intervals on the treadmill.
Warm-up mile at 4.5
3x60 seconds @ 5.5 w/ 60 sec recovery in between
3x60 seconds @ 6.0 w/ 60 sec recovery in between
2x60 seconds @ 6.5 w/ 90 sec recovery in between
1x60 seconds @ 7.0 w/ 120 sec recovery after
Finished distance goal at 5.0
